Yesterday - makes me glad that I moved to this little corner of the world. Where the summers are HOT and the winters are COLD. The snow fell lightly, individual flakes drifting down, so clearly defined that the finest detail is visible with the naked eye. Children loudly expressing their sheer delight at whizzing down the hill on sleds. Cheeks bright red from the cold and wind brushing their soft skin. After we had our snacks of Hot Coco and popcorn, we made snacks for the birds. Yes, yesterday makes me glad that I have these young children, living in this rural corner of Washington and I am Thankful.
